ATC - you're right. You need to connect your wire harness to the battery and then the ballasts to the wire harness and then your ballasts to the lights.

You'll need a harness like this though:

yeah clifford, thats exactly the one i got. like i said they want me to connect the ballast to the battery...how in the world they want me to do that?

 

those are bad instructions man.

go from the battery to the harness to the ballast to the bulb.
