Default License plate lights being stubborn

I know its the manual and I have read it altho its not a very good illustration, but my License plate light housing will not come out. I cant tell if I am to twist or to just pull it out, altho i have tried both and I am gettin nothing. I do not want to pull the wrong way and cant find too much on here about it. Any help.....

Twist, wiggle, and pull at the same time.

It's the exact some bulb as the front dome light. Just wiggle side to side and pull straight out. Don't be afraid of breaking the bulb or anything just grip it and pull that biitch out.

thx all, I did finally get it, thx for the tip with thte plyers, that helped altho it wasent easy and you have no room at all in there, it looks 1000x times better. I just did my wifes mazda 3 and her's was so simple, but her domes and maps were a little tricky, and the tC i have had the domes and maps done for some time now and had no issues what so ever with. For the most part they did an awesome job with makin it easy to take apart and put back together.
