So has anyone received a recent response from Nikolas about shipping out customer orders yet? I only ask because I haven't gotten a reply from him yet on my order status and I preordered a few months back.

 

The last time I heard from Draxas was on the 11th and I was told the s-pipes were definitely shipping last Thur, Jan 12, but I have yet to receive a tracking number or any confirmation. I also pre-ordered a couple of months ago and was billed on the 3rd.

 

I emailed them for the second time - no reply yet.

 

Yeah I'm still waiting on a tracking # and comformation also

 

forget a tracking number - i just would like someone to answer their phone or answer an email so i know i just didnt get ripped off.

 

 

you did not get ripped off, you will recieve your exhaust... please be patient.

 

are you kidding me? you are trying to tell me if you try calling a company for over a week and try emailing them for a week and no reply.... that is fair practice?

 

I honestly think that Draxas should pay someone to atleast answer the phones, so that way their customers can get verbal comformation about whats going on and what the delays are. I don't mean to rag on Draxas and tell them how to run their bussiness or anything. I'm just throwing my opinion out there as a suggestion from a customers point of view.

 

you arent ragging on them - this is pure basics for running a business. Dont feel bad asking a company to do the bare minimum like answering their phone or responding to emails.

 

jwaggz, please be patient, you will recieve your exhaust. I do not work for draxas so I can not inform you of the communication issues. All i can say is you were NOT ripped off, and you will recieve your exhaust. Please be patient.

sup jwaggz, i got a call back from on weds. nite and they said there goin 2 send my by this week thrusday or friday. ill let you know if i get it or not. also call them up and leave few message and emails it took 2or 3 days b4 i got a call and email

 

sounds good garyc - i got an email back from them today stating that there was a delay and they are going to try and get the kits sent out asap.

thats all i was looking for .... a reply. delays happen - i can understand that.

 

so they still did not ship yet? I guess its not a big deal as I'm wating on my header and intake to ship out too. On a side note, I just noticed that the draxas exhausts for other cars are made by Thermal Research, which leads me to believe they are the fabricators of this kit as well. I've heard lots of good things about their workmanship and checkout out their website. The exhaust tip design they have seems identical to the draxas piece, with the exception of the logo. Makes me want my exhaust even more, even if all i can do now is stare at it.

hi, i just want to know how many ppl order there exhaust and gotten them? besides BrEaK_AwaY? and how long did it take? cause it was funny how when i was talkin to draxas they told me they have 15 in stock and ten of them was shipped. now its already 6pm in nj i order it last week and " told me will be here on thrus of this week". now i wanna hear what is really goin on? threw out my whole entire life from gettin anything ordered never had this problem and when i do call or email they called or email back less then 2days. im very patient, but u know wat if added 2250 more then i would have my sc... or even do something else with 650..

Here's the situation....

IM getting jerked around by the company who produces these exhaust systems for us. The Scion tC exhausts were done WEEKS ago.. the S-Pipes were done WEEKS ago. When I billed everyone's credit cards, it was because the fabrication company told me to do so, because the kits would be shipping out.

Now I come to find out that "they dont have the right size boxes" to ship the exhausts out in... And that their "box supplier messed up and hasnt shipped them the correct boxes..."

Yeah, Im ____ed. Because now it looks like Im taking peoples money and coming up with lame excuse after lame excuse. I've called the fabrication company and made it VERY CLEAR what must be done to remedy the situation.

I appologize PROFUSELY for this situation everyone. I am doing everything I can short of ordering my own damn boxes and packing these items up myself. This is absolutely rediculous and I am very sorry this is happening. This is not the image I need Draxas to have.
