Ive been e-mailing and calling for a while and i finally got a response last week. Nikolas said he is waiting on the one customer to send his original rear section back so they can inspect it to find out what is wrong with the rear sections. He said as soon as they figure out what the problem is they will ship new ones. Hey TTURadier, did draxas request you to ship your original back?

Im still waiting on an S-pipe I ordered about 2.5 weeks ago. Since I decided on the turbo route I went ahead and ordered an s-pipe after ordering the exhaust kit. Hopefully it comes in before the 18th.. as that is when im having my turbo installed.

I ordered my Draxas exhaust last month and already had to get a new muffler from them. Come to find out that it isn't the muffler, it's the damn Cat. I have been going back and forth with Nikolas and it seems like he is hesitant to send me a new midpipe with the 2 new gaskets. The new muffler did deaden the sound a bit, but at around 5000 rpm, you can hear the tin can rattling. I got under the car and had my dad hit the gas and you can hear it reverberate through the system, which would make you think it was the muffler. I replaced it and then stuck my head near the cat after the install and heard the same damn noise. Draxas_VP, I need a new midpipe (after S-pipe but before rear pipe going to muffler), the one with the cat and resonator in it. Can you please help?

Yeah, even with what has happened, I can't say anything about how i was treated other than; the company is amazing. Nikolas does a kick ___ job at making sure the customer is satisfied and is a real down to earth person. I'm glad I bought my exhaust from Draxas and got to deal with Nikolas this whole time.

The new rear section i received muffled most of the rasp, and I am satisfied with the sound, but there are still times that it sounds raspy. This leads me to think that my exhaust could sound better than it does now. I have a video that I'm trying to convert into something other than 3gp so I can post it here. web, let me know if it sounds similar to the way yours sounds.

neither have I...

So have they conclusively found out that the problem is the cat? It really doesn't matter to me what I have to replace. I just want it to sound as intended. It sucks though cause email is really my only way of contact since its difficult for me to make personal calls at work.

On the driver's side of the muffler, where that bracket mounts to the muffler with the 2 bolts, does anyone have any annoying rattle sound at around 4000 rpm coming from there? I had a stiff bracket welded on the neck of the tip b/c when i held it, it stopped rattling. I think the rear design isn't that good on the Draxas kit. The supports seems to be in the wrong spot and a bolt on bracket just seems like trouble. I am going to have it welded stiff in the rear and see how that goes.

My rear section rattles very badly sometimes at idle after I come to a complete stop. I was thinking of getting the rear section welded as well.
