Default 09 Scion MT noise

I am looking for some help identifying a noise that is coming from my 09 TC MT. The noise can be heard while driving and seems to get progressive worse in each gear. It is not associated with clutch position. Sounds like marbles in the trans. See attached video. This was in third gear below the car. Thank you.

I will try my best to help. If you could answer these questions they can help me narrow down the problem.

Does it make the noise when the transmission is placed in neutral (Vehicle stopped or Vehicle moving)?

Does it make the noise in all gears?

Does it make the noise in 4th gear?

Does it make the noise when the clutch pedal is pressed all the way to the floor, disengaging the clutch?

Does the noise get worse when the speed of the vehicle increases?

The noise is significantly reduced in neutral when rolling. I noticed when under the car, still makes a noise when wheels are coasting down in neutral.
Does not make noise when not moving, noise increases with speed. Noise evident in all gears. I also noticed 5th is increasingly difficult to shift into.
Noise not affected by clutch position.

With the information, you gave me I believe that one of your wheel bearings is possibly bad or one of your cv axle joints is possibly worn. The reasoning for this assumption is that when the clutch is depressed, the transmission does not rotate. So, if it still makes the noise while the clutch is depressed, the problem should not be coming from the transmission. Also, when the transmission is placed in neutral the input shaft still rotates, and the output shaft will also slightly rotate due to drag if the car is placed in the air.

You can try driving and see if the noise gets louder if you make a left or right turn to narrow down the source of the noise.
