Default Flywheel, to change or not to change?

I swapped out my clutch to a competition stage4 and I felt that the clutch is stiffer and felt more like a clutch than the airpump before also that AT like shifting I got and it is much better on uphill starts now...

My question is if I replace my flywheel and pulleys, will I feel a difference in engine response?

Also what weight and brand is good?

And what other ways to increase engine response I can install pre-turbo?

thanks..,
