I'm not toally clear on NY State Laws, but I thought You only had to have 1 Cat on your car (which would be the one on your midpipe.)

Removing any working emissions equipment is a FEDERAL offense... Thank you EPA.

This means that if your car has 2, removing either is illegal.

Honestly....no its not worth it. I have regreted it for a while now. I have dual 18" magnaflow stainless resonators as well.

I meant the normal axle back.

Sorry, I should have specified. Yeah the dual needs to have you cut the bumper. :D
