Is the brack on the strut bar supposed to bend? Mine has a little "bow" in it where the strut bolt is. See any negative effect of this?

I have mine on 10mm now and I just got some wheel hop going into 2nd gear.. That's the first time I've had any wheel hop since I put it on..

I can only guess it's some extra power from the crank pulley because that's the only thing I changed.

There's a few different seller's in the sponsered sales forum.. I think they're right around $150 at most places.

I got it from this guy: https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...014&highlight=

I set mine to 11mm to is the stiffest 14mm is the softest 10mm is the stiffest.

I didn't want it soft.

You do get some cabin noise (which I like) but I think that a lil piece of dynamat or phat mat on the shock tower can reduce the sound if for some reason it bothers you.

I will be putting some on and I will let you know how it sounds afterwards.
10is the stiffest - 15is the softest - its set from ingalls at 14.

I just got a stiffy! **WOOHA** ...ha. Anyway - from what I have been told ...since i have noise resistant padding throughout my whole car ....the noise people are hearing gets even worse. Does anybody know if i put it on 15 instead of 14 ...will that do anything for me (noise wise)? Or if not- does 13 add any more noise then 14?

That’s what I gotta say about this product:

There is not that much stuff out there that can serve you a few different functions all at once, man. And it definitely worth the money.

1. It. frees up more HP straight to the wheels
2. It reduces (dramatically, depending on the stiffness setting) wheel hop
3. It smoothens shifting, especially you can tell the difference if you have some sort of aftermarket short shifter (I have TWM stage 2)
4. it’s just a nice looking piece under your hood

Now, many ppl on here complaining about the noise and vibration issues that they have with Stiffy. I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but I can’t hear or feel much, if anything. I was running with factory 14mm setting for a few weeks, and now i adjusted it to 10-11mm and still there is nothing that bothers me. All I hear when accelerate is my exhaust, man, and I am not using dynomite. Moreover, after I made it 10.5mm shifting (especially, shifting into 2nd is much better. Plus there is no more vibration when you take off from rest and release the clutch slowly. And I feel more secure about my MMW headers and s-pipe, coz as many of you know, there is not that much clearance down there and not having your motor bouncing around really benefits your drivetrain.

So, basically Ingalls Stiffy rocks.

Here's a pic. Only cost me $5. Got a 2'x2' piece of Dynamat scrap from a local sound shop. Still have 80% of the sheet left.

it cant hurt ....uness you put so many layers on that u cant bolt the strut down right ...but it cant hurt otherwise. Also - in the front part of the car there is A LOT of noise comming from where the driver/pass feet are and also where the shifter is. If you put 3-4 layers down there that will also help. I know that because I drove around w/ the center console and floor mat and found where the worst/loud parts of the car are. The second worst part are behind the panels of the driver side back and pass. side back (where those rear cupholders are). Take those panels out and go crazy w/ dynomat and foam. Drive around w/ the panels out and you will hear all the air and noise.

I have a custom Engine damper. Custom brackets, and a MTB 'eye to eye' shock. (dual valve-0-240 PSI)

Here is my review..it's not updated..I will update when I get pics of my new bracket.
