Default Low/rough/knocking idle

My car seems to idle too low! I've searched through about 60 pages of this stuff and can't seem to find a solution to the problem. It seems that the idle is off by about 30 RPM according to Actron Auto Scanner Plus. It begins to vibrate and knock as if it is going to die, but does not. I have noticed that if I press the pedal enough to note a 30 RPM difference, according to the scanner, the violent convulsions cease. Also noteworthy, if I put the car in neutral the vibrating stops, unless the A/C is on and then it will shake when the compressor engages. However, problem persists with or without engaged compressor. Any other stresses on the low idling engine also seem to compound the problem, such as turning the steering wheel, or holding in brake. And of course the issue subsides as soon as enough gas is given to break the idle. Also my TC is completely stock and regular maintenance has been done.

I've checked several things that I thought could have been wrong with no luck.

1. Checked Mass Air - clean
2. Checked Oil Pressure - still have it
3. No CELs

Any suggestions to either fix the issue or up the idle a small bit?
Thanks

Lol, if I still had my warranty... i'd do that so there's no chance of error... and if there is, i'm not liable for it lol. Take advantage of your warranty while you have it.
