Default Oil leak, what is this part???

I changed my oil today and noticed oil on my pan and sprayed around underneath. I noticed air bubbling out and small amounts of oil coming from this part above the crank pulley. I'm guessing its part of the tensioner.
Should I be worried? It's leaking around the bolt.

Here is the pic

I have oil sitting on bottom of this same spot on my 2012 Xb. Any help with where oil could be coming from?

I think it was stated that it's a blown tensioner shock that's leaking hydraulic fluid. It needs to be replaced. It's not oil leaking from the engine. Hope that helps and good luck.

Yes, I did read where someone else replied to that. There is definitely oil sitting on the bottom of this tensioner. Has anyone had similar issues with these generation xb’s? I’ve replaced oil pan and gasket. Thought my oil leak was fixed because I didn’t notice any oil on ground until it looked under vehicle and noticed oil on frame under motor. Please help
