a question about back pressure
if u have any problems with the factory midpipe which i doubt u ever will its piping. and sorry no vid with current setup with tanabe concept g and my megan header. i had some tsudo header and s pipe problems so i had to switch.
never dynoed.
here is the link to my megan drift spec axle back
and this is the same setup as this ^^^ just with TRD axle back still barely any rasp.
here is a pic of the resonator in place.

the dealer should no give you a hard time because they have to prove that the resonator actually caused a problem but it's not gonna cause a problem. as to what Kris5597 was saying about saving money and just cutting your oem midpipe and welding the resonator i will have to agree with him because the oem is 2.25 and the megan is 2.25, get the megan if your not gonna cut and modify it. header>>s-pipe..axleback or catback will be loud enough. putting a midpipe is just too much and calls out the cops to pull you over.
sweet. glad to help dude. just make sure u take the aero and your whole car to an exhaust shop and tell them u want the aero resonator between the 2nd cat and the factory resonator. they put it in and u roll out sounding good. might cost ya a few bucks but it beats the rasp. also depending on what header u have will determine how much rasp u will have if any at all. weapon r or tsudo with this setup u will have no rasp. my megan has a lil rasp when the pipes are cold when i first crank it up but after they heat up the rasp goes away and the exhaust sounds clean. weapon r or tsudo FTMFW
resurrecting an old topic but i plan on getting a tsudo/weapon-r header and would to have a true custom 2.25" midpipe along with my tsudo axleback. i was thinking about going to a local exhaust shop and have them do custom piping with maybe 2 vibrant ultra quiet resonators and some sort of high-flow cat.
