Mine has loosened up quite a bit since I've had it. It's going to be stiff for a while at first... but either get some more lube or be patient.

i love my twm shifter with the RÄZO ****. i got the **** on cardomain for $20, and that's polished aluminum and real carbon fiber. it's been over a year of daily driving, and i still love the combo. it's rock solid. btw, all you florida ppls, i keep a wristband around the bottom of the ****, and when it gets too hot to handle, i just slide the band up and use it as a sort of oven mit. works great.

Installed the B&M today... Makes the shifter darned near perfect! I'm into short throws, not low ***** - so this one was perfect for me. Half an inch made it the perfect height.

B&M will be stock height if you use the included optional spacers. I didn't use them so the shifter is 1/2" lower. The throws are definitely shorter and tigher.

Those arent spacers, they are shifter base bushings, they remove the smooshy rubber bushings. The solid takes care of any play withn the shifter cage..

Hello! I pick up my tC in less than two weeks and was wondering if anybody knew of any other place to order the TWM Stage 2 shifter or when TWM will have them back in stock?

I'm not sure if anyone has asked this yet, but I tried to search and found nothing. I see that most of the short shifters that have been bought and installed have only the shifter and the washers, etc. On ebay, there is a short shifter that includes what looks like the entire shifter assembly, plastic piece and all. Has anyone installed this? And if so, is it truly a direct replacement?? Here's the link to the auction that I'm talking about: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/03-06...ayphotohosting

For those waiting for the TWM SS: I don't know when they restocked but I just ordered one last night and it shipped out today. It should be here by next week. I'm sure you guys already know, just an added heads up...
