tC Valve Lifters Order..
So I forgot to take the valve lifters out of the head before I turned over my block and they all fell out on the floor.
Anyone know the order they go in by chance?

Are you assembling your engine or was there a problem with it?
I know how this is going to come off (I appoligize there is no way not to sound like a -ick.) but if you don't know what you are doing or are uncertain about something get the repair manual. Maybe someone on the site can help or get one from Toyota. Toyota is really expensive but would you want to take a chance and blow your engine? Explain what you are doing, if you changed parts explain that, and someone should be able to help you better figure out your issue.

Hopefully someone can hook you up with that portion of the manual. Even if you take it apart and put it back together it could still make too much difference and you would have to remeasure the clearance and adjust the shims accordingly.
That is what I am talking about! Hope everything works out once you get the manual it should explain exactly how to do everything. Does anyone have the engine section for the 07?
Super old thread, but did you ever figure out an EASY way to go about it? I made the same mistake and hate how the service manual wants you to do this that and the other. The equation they give seems a little ridiculous....There has got to be a better way.
