iam sure they will sell it for a cheaper price some where else...like i said before, the TRD exhaust is listed as $525 on the web site, but i got mines form my dealership for $365...but all this other stuff about it not being legal and voiding the warrenty it crappy...Scion and TRD needs to stand behind the things they make...n make them well...jus my 2 cents

Intakes are stressing me out...
Im either going Injen or TRD but if its that much hassle id rather leave it alone and save up for the SC

nothing to stress about the injen or K@N are both about 100 dollar's cheaper than the trd so if the trd has no warranty coverage than why bother unless you just love trd but for that price the fugita f5 look's like a way better intake.

on ebay their is a "trusted" toyota retailer that has like 3500+ positive feedbacks selling the trd intake... has anyone bought it yet? it looks to be the real deal, not just some punk with 5 feedbacks putting trd logos on other intakes. needless to say, very interested...

i just don't get the no warranty thing. TRD makes a supercharger with no probs with the warranty but they can't make and intake that doesn't screw with the warranty?!?? Thats stupid no matter what price it is.

yup yup, but at least i could save the old airbox and switch if it ever does something bad, like, well, what the hell could an induction system with a bypass valve screw up? you know, i just thought of this, they prob didnt want to warrenty something that wasnt carb o.k., keeps their hands clean.
