Default Why do people have problems with leaks on MMW header

i have been ready alot of people have problems with leaks at the spipe on this header setup. I got a tusdo one waiting to be installed and i imagine its the same. is this due to install error? or are even more people experiencing this issue? has anyone plugger the o2 bung on the spipe and move it farther back with sucess? or does it have to have an antifouler?

When I had my Tsudo, I had no leaks, and I have never heard of other Tsudo Owners with any leaks either.

The one thing about the Tsudo header is that besides the first batch of headers and s pipes, all of the second batch had the O2 bung welded in the wrong place.

If you have this problem, take it to a muffler shop and have them plug the factory O2 bung and weld a whole new one further back so you can do the anti-fouler mod. This will cost about $100

My header was taken off and sent back to the factory so they can fix the problem. I hear the new versions will be out in about 3 weeks. Call whoever you got it from (speed-element im guessing) and talk to someone. Ask then if you can swap for a new style S-pipe when they come in.

Good luck

i'm guessing it's install error, since i installed mine, and i'm fine. i've had it for over 6 months, i haven't gotten any leaks.

Inferior product and HORRIBLE cust. service.

My first header didnt fit and had to be sent back.

My second one had a weld come loose on the S-pipe causing a CEL.

Both times it was like pulling teeth to get them to fix their mistakes.

I dont reccommend them to anyone.
