well you gotta think how big is 1MM and the biggest pistons iirc that fit in our stock sleeves are 90MM. so depending on how big the gash is and how big your old pistons are you could need sleeves.
Just bite the bullet already and get some sleeves! Go big then you dont have to worry about all that boost you want to run. Nasty nicks in your cylinder never a good sign.
Hard choices must be made so the boosting may continue!

Maybe just find an oem block and swap over your rods and pistons(well, 3 of them if they all check out ok) Save on machine work, and buying sleeves. I'm pretty sure stock sleeves can hold more power than you have the time, money, or supporting mods to make.
ive actually been tryin to source a block. there is a guy on here that lives in dallas that has an 05 block but wouldnt i have to get an 05 head and ecu if i did that? i honestly dont wanna sleeve it. im on the edge of putting it back to stock and gettin an s14 and doin a 2j swap im tired of fwd and this almost gives me a reason to.

tried to zoom in as close as i could so you guys could see all the texture and the indentation in the side of it.
