Thanks mang, yeah its some sort of a point system, Tomas posted a thead about it a while back. I think they started that after the SL site change, been a while though.
peep carlos's thread btw, that stupid speedo gear was in there when we cracked open his tranny but like you said it is worthless. at first it looked like it could be shimming the bearing out to the proper distance on the diff but for sure the quaife doesnt need it at all and i highly doubt its needed for the stocker as well. but oddly enough though they put it in there.

Congrats it sounds like your rods are going to blow out the block.
As well as increasing EGT that high on a stock motor is very bad. I suggest building your motor if you plan on doing things like this!
I assume as well you do not have an EGT gauge to monitor these things? I do however commend you on your efforts. Yet i think u fell short!
I would say this is more of a launch rpm. Then Antilag/ 2 step!

love how the noobcakes on this forum come in and try to put the vets in there place odds are chris knows more about the fic then those who made it lol and built motors are for snobs we rock hard core stock performance you should see the 15 dollar turbonator i put on my car i now put down 380ftpounds of tourkeesdfsaerf cause of it get some its the breakfast of champions and winners so your saying your not a winner then gtfo lol nice work chris love it the last one sounds like my two step

The way the aem ems works is it cuts fuel at one rpm and then igntion at another..
basically Aems two step fills cylinders with gas. turns on ignition and BAM!
Expect very high EGTs and broken rods..
Yours is much safer!

mine just cuts spark just like the wotbox so yeah its still spewing raw fuel into the exhaust. still not the best of circumstances! but so far through all the testing iv done its been ok, neighbors hate me now but yeah....lol

the 2step is pretty much like an antilag, you launch on boost no lag.. it dumps fuel and cuts ignition, induces sequence of misfires and increases EGTs to spool the turbo faster.. someone should try this on their turbo
