I dont have his car right now...if you guys wouldnt keep upgrading or having off the wall issues like car being broke into or stealership messing things up....lol...tuesday im installing an 8.7psi spring in his wastegate and tuning for that. shouldnt take long cause i had his boost controller set to 8psi so yeah shouldnt be much work.
Congrats it sounds like your rods are going to blow out the block.
As well as increasing EGT that high on a stock motor is very bad. I suggest building your motor if you plan on doing things like this!
I assume as well you do not have an EGT gauge to monitor these things? I do however commend you on your efforts. Yet i think u fell short!
I would say this is more of a launch rpm. Then Antilag/ 2 step!

You don't need a built motor for two step. A real Two step though, can control EGT's. This mod...I don't know what to call it, as it's still unfounded in if it indeed will build boost.
The Emanage Ultimate just cuts Ign. And Cory, you must had your WOT box set to below 4k rpms, hence the reason why your launch wasn't smooth as it should be. Same thing happen to me during test launches with the EU. Needs to be set to 4k rpms at minimum.

The difference is the management/gear used. In this case, it's been modded to do this. Other management like the Ultimate comes already built into the unit itself.

But that is 100% user definable and does not have to be done this way. It just cut timing for example Mike.
I have never seen anyone break a rod. If you sit on it like a moron in a parking lot showing off to your boys it might happen but not at the track where you do it then leave the line. One of my old guys used to leave the line at about 20psi in an AWD Talon. Peak boost was 37psi. GT35R Stock block.
No broken rods.
Not saying it can never happen. I'm saying that in all my years the only people I have seen have a problem are those that are misusing the setup.
