Update...

I was having a cooling issue due to a fan acting up. I got everything squared away and have put 60 miles ******* the crap out of with the a/c on and no issues! I love it!

Next is to retune on higher boost. I just need to get the time to drive to the tuner!

just did research today on a whole greddy turbo t4 set up ..i have an 09tc all i have done performance wise so far is put in an intake which isnt much at all and will obviously have to be replaced if i go forth with the turbo install... was going to go with the t4 bolt on kit, greddy exhaust, the timer,, and then the guy suggested rebuilding the tranny (which only gets 200hp now) to get full performance from the turbo and to do this id have to crate it and send it to New jersey (im in southern cali) any suggestions or opinions? i see you have had a lot of work done .. is this all stuff neccessary for the turbo or just added for benefit ?
thank you for all opinions or help really appreciate it (:

Are you saying a greddy kit with a t4 foot? I dunno about that. You can start a new thread like knight said.

How's the stroker treating you so far? I'm gonna be doing a similar setup on mine once I get back from Afghanistan. Also gonna pair it up with the 6-spd from the '11+ tC. Gotten her tuned for high boost yet or still running low numbers?

1st not to sound like a D-head but even though my car may seem to be low on the dyno numbers it is far from being low. Keep several things in mind, I am not in the efficiency range of the turbo, this is a mustang dyno not dynojet numbers and if you actually seen the power curve its unreal.

2nd I love the stroker kit can't say the tires feel the same burn 1st, 2nd, and 3rd way too easy.

3rd going to ship back to ATL this weekend for retune and some more cleanup

4th what are you plans on getting the transmisson to bolt to our engine, have you researched it yet? I don't think its a direct bolt on and you will have to have a custom bracket made.

My bad, I meant low boost. Sorry about that man...

Actually, the tC2 tranny bolts up. World Racing makes the brackets and comes with the other parts needed for the swap. I will have to find the tranny, shifter cables, shifter assy, along with clutch and some parts.

Good stuff. I'm gonna be getting a new block and head soon-ish and start getting parts over time to build her up and boost her big.

Did you see how much just the brackets themselves cost? Not worth the $ for a tC2 trans imo. Not when there is an E351 that can drop right in and have longer gear ratios and get better mpg.
