We are currently running the progress coil-overs (long-beach celebrity edition) but progress is currently building us a coil-over setup specificially for our car with shorter and stiffer springs along with custom valving for the Time Attack event.

For now we will be replacing all the suspension bushing with energy suspension poly bushings. But we are eventually going to replace the poly bushings with solid aluminum bushings and spherical race bearing. We will also be working on a bump steer kit using spherical end-links for the tie-rods.

As for motor mounts, we are working on a tubular crossmember with solid motor mounts. This will also allow us to reroute the downpipe so that it sits higher off the ground. Which will in turn allow us to extend the front splitter beneath the front suspension subframe. In addition, the solid motor mount will eliminate any potential wheel hop.

Here's a few more pics of our prototype return-style fuel system with billet fuel rail and a fuel swirl pot/surge tank. The surge tank will eliminate any possibility of fuel starvation under hard acceleration or high-G cornering forces. Anyone that has road race their tc with the factory tank or autox is probably aware of the fuel starvation issues during hard cornerning even with 1/2 tank of gas.

Our competition fuel system setup will allow you to either run a single external inline pump or dual setup if you're trying to supply fuel for a 1000hp. The factory pump does not need to be replace. Only an upgraded feed and new return line will need to be added to the factory fuel pump assembly cover.

Here's a few pics:

More than likely yes, but it will be a complete return-style fuel system (optional surge tank) with the fuel rail, FPR, fittings, lines, instructions, etc, and not just the fuel rail alone.

Not sure on those wheel studs but I know that the ARP studs for the Lexus IS300 will work.

sounds good to me... this will save a lot of headaches completing a return style fuel system. this way, we know for sure that all the fittings fit just the way they are.

We finally got the car up and running. Here's a few pictures of the tc getting ready for the dyno. In the next week or so, we will be testing our TA turbo kit with a STOCK motor, Ptuning 3" turbo-back exhaust, Ptuning return-style fuel system w/walbro 255 in-line pump, Ptuning 625cc injectors. The tune will be based on 93octane pump gas. Stay tune.

Hopefully the tuning went better than my car last monday. LOL I'm hoping to hear something about my car today. And at least I'm able to say I'm a PTuning first.

We'll post some dyno numbers in a week or so, once we have completed our testing--right now we have a few customers car that we need to dyno tune first. But for now, lets just say, the numbers looks very good. We are currently building two competition motors (one 1st gen and the other 2nd gen 2az-fe), so the stock motor currently in the car is our spare motor for testing a stock-engine setup.

Like half of the car that come into our shop for a tune, it always end up having some issues that prevents us from tuning. Sorry you had to leave without your car, but we all know you can't tune a car that cuts off intermittently. I believe our tech has tracked down the problem. Who ever removed and installed your motor did not ground the engine properly. You're car was basically experiencing a floating-ground that would cut off the engine even when it's idling. Our tech trace the electrical problem to a gounding strap connect to the motor/trans. One wire is connect to the motor, the other is supposed to connect to the chassis. Unfortunately, who ever installed the engine back in your car connected both wires to the motor and none to the chassis, We're hoping that's the only problem you're having that's causing your car to cut-off. But so far it's idling without any issues, we will find out if that fixes the problem once we get it back on the dyno.

Nice. Thats why I left it down there with you guys. I know you guys know what you're doing. I saw the shop, the cars, and everything so I know you guys know what you're doing with these cars. I cant wait to get my car.
Yea, it wasnt fun leaving without my car but I knew you guys would be able to figure out whats going on with it and get it running like it should. I was a bit worried there for a while but knew it would be taken care of.

But yea, the shop is amazing. I cant wait for some of the things we talked about to hit the shelf. I'll be one of the first people in line for most of them. And the tC looked amazing even though it wasnt all put back together. Its gonna be a beast.
