The kit is still in production. I'm sure the guys will be on here for updates regularly to give those anticipated updates with new pics as they start getting all the final parts together. I'm one of the ones waiting patiently

Ok, I guess i owe those that pre-order the kit an update on our progress. Here's what the production manifold will look like when you open your turbo kit box, except your turbo manifold will be fully assembled with the turbo and wastegate on it using high-end Norlock locking washers on all bolted connections to reduce any chances of exhaust leaks from the bolted connections working loose.



The t3 flange is 100% T-304 stainless steel the runners and merge collectors are also 100% 304SS. The 1/2" thick CNC billet 304SS header flange is machined on the front and back side. The header flange itself cost almost as much to produce as the cost of some of the other turbo kit's entire manifold. The flanges are final machined on the gasket face after welding to ensure a perfectly flat and leak-free mating surface--a step that most other kits don't offer.

Although the flange is 1/2" thick, we went the extra step of machining the mounting holes down to 3/8" thick so that you can use your factory head studs and still be able to fully bolt it down with the factory header studs and nuts. If the bolt hole area was left at 1/2" thick, you would only be able to use 2 or 3 threads on the factory header bolts and studs--not good.

If I had the money, I'd get that kit in a heartbeat, but all my car funds just went into this clutch/tune.
