I double check in the aem ems settings and this is the settings


This is off a tc thats at 18 psi making 400whp so i know it works lol.

chris, these are the correct settings for the car. Wrong tooth count or triggers will result in fuel/timing not being at correct times. possibly causing his issues!

I would call them and explain them your issues!

These are settings that "should" not vary from box to box.

The triggers just tell Hydra on which part of the wave to pick up the signal. Falling - last part of the wave, rising is the first part, edge is either one.

There's one for the crank and one for the cams.

YUP, but any edge could be creating a timing issue, between cam signal and crank signal, effecting, fuel, timing and vvti.

Reply I got from Hydra, There is only 1 set of triggers that will start and run your car. Unlocked triggers just means you can see and change them. Locked means that you cannot see or change them. Triggers will not affect your performance.

Rob, I guess we both have the same settings, just see different things. I think your triggers are locked, maybe if you try to change them it will revert to default for safety. But on mine if I change it, well im done lol

Mike - Mine should be Falling/Falling. The reason it's doing Falling/Any leads me to believe the cam sync is off... and the only way for me to know by how much is by scoping it.

I'll have to get that info to Hydra for them to fix my issue. Btw, our trigger is 36 tooth with a 2 teeth gap. AEM uses the 24 for some reason - not sure how that all works .. it needed some massaging for it to work I hear.

I could of sworn myself it was 36-2 but that how they had it setup..

ACE mannnnn whats wrong with your carrrrrr.. Sell that hyrda though in AEM.. be done No locking of units, no calling hydra to ask them to start your car,lol..
