the dealer, they'd only come with keys programmed for that specific car/VIN.

I LOVE this key! All my friends drive Audi/VWs and its nice to have the same baller key as them! Great buy for $20. Home depot wouldn't cut it. Told me I could only do it at the dealer... lol. Drove three minutes down the road to Ace Hardware and they cut it for free. I think the guy cutting it enjoyed the challenge and was curious to see if it would even work!

yeah the other day home depot and lowes didn't even have some rubber o-rings i needed for a plumbing project. I laughed that they didn't have them. Went to ace and yup, half an aisle of different sizes of o-rings. I can see why Ace stays in business! They always have stuff when no one else does. Your experience sounds exactly like the Ace I go to! gotta love a good hardware store! I'm glad Ace is still around!

Just refund me so I can move on.

Hi,GrnBrownies. I'm not the staff who reply your letter. I‘ve checked the details. The staff may misundertand the request. Don't worry. I've updated the issues, and you will be contacted with staff for the refund progress.

Sorry for our mistake.
The sales department has set the discount price. You can enjoy it without the coupon for saving 30%. It's $17.00 now.
