ok im a little confused..Im trying to put my key together but i just realized that my panic button doesnt click..should i turn the big piece that come out of the key upside down and then cut the foam to the new shape? If that makes sense. The way the foam is set up now the panic button doesnt click

hey guys i'm coming home soon and i want to do this simple mod but i have a question,
Do i have to use a case with a blade made for toyota or can i use anything ? (audi, VW, lexus etc ) ?

What is the lenght and widht of a blade ? it would be helpful if those who did this mod and it works perfectly will tell me.

Thanks.

No blanks varies by manufacture. You need a toyota blank key.

Just did this looks great broke one of my transponders out of my stock key.

Just A warning for any one trying this it is cheaper just to cut the whole chip out of your key and buy another shell than try and keep your old key intact and break the transponder like i did.

BE CARE FULL WHEN REMOVING THE TRANSPONDER IT WILL BREAK IF YOU ARE NOT GENTLE!!!!!!!

Do not mean to scare anyone though its worth doing for sure.

i found it on this website http://www.automam.net/keyblanks.htm

It is the Transponder TEXAS 4D (67) $17 shipped as far as my research goes it should work i will have to test it out and then tell you guys for sure.
iam confident it will work .

If it does work i think i will do a DIY for those of us who manage to break the transponder when removing it so that they two can recover from this up set with minimal financial pain and still keep their remote locking.

Default __________ Delivery times

I ordered two keys from Dino Direct. I am not currently a member so it apparently won't give you order/shipping info? I've been billed for it but I have no idea when/if it has been shipped. Anyone dealt with them before that can tell me what to expect here?
