whoa, slow down first off, you mean 'fogs' right? what kind of fog lights and whose instructions did you follow? the very first thing you gotta do is check all the fuses (both boxes)....

sounds like you blew a fuse. did anything spark or did you hear a faint pop anytime while you were doing it?

found the prob, it was the TAIL fuse, replaced it, and works fine now...but now have another problem, when trying to change gears with shifter, even while pressing the break paddle, it doesnt allow to switch from Park to drive, any ideas?

If you have an AT, the shifter is in the 'locked' position. This is what happens when you blow the fuse to the tails. It's a safety feature that doesn't allow you to drive without functioning tails. To remedy this, pop open the cap next to the shifter. (Use a small flat head screw driver.) You should be able to 'unlock' the feature and everything should be okay as long as you replaced the fuse.

if you can't shift out of park then you popped the brake fuse or the tail fuse again. Do the brake lights come on when you hit the brake?
