Default driver seat memory broken!

i've had my tc for about 3 weeks and only used the seat lever, for letting people in the back, like 5 times and it broke! The lever moves up but it doesnt do anything. I know to go to the dealer, but i wanna know if this has happened to anyone else. And also, ive never bought a new car, can i get this fixed at any toyota/scion dealership or does it have to be mine?

I've kindof got the same problem, 3 months on mine. My the "memory" function still works, but the seat slides freely when push forward and also has a heck of a time locking in. I have to make sure it's locked everytime I touch the seat. Your dealer is the good option, considering you bought the car from them. At least that's what I'd do.

Mine also broke, the back of my seat moved freely, and it sucked to drive with. Havent fixed it yet seeing as how there is no dealership qualified to fix it in my state. Guess im gonna have to drive back to Denver soon.
