I hope thats sarcasm I'm sensing there.
And dont forget that driving habits directly effect your gas milage. In the example above, doing 115 (besides being a speed violation, police would be salivating) keeps your engine at high RPMs, which burns more fuel, resulting in a hummer-esque 13 mpg. "Normal" driving, with a mix between freeway and city streets, will net you between 24 and 27 mpg. I have gotten 30.1 mpg (with S/C), but that was on a freeway trip, going no faster than 75 mph.
Short story-- RPMs low (no more than 3500) + Sustained = higer mpg
RPMs High (higher than 4k) + sustained = wannabe hummer
