Now that would be something. I would think they should have enough parking space to house a few thousand cars, just get there early so we can take it all Any one else like this idea?

CA - MN = 2337 miles
FL - MN = 1620 miles
WA - MN = 1571 miles
VM - MN = 1425 miles

So its kind of center, just a little out of the way for the cali ppl. Good Idea & I would love to see this place.

It does damn. Need to find some place we can do this.. Maybe we could talk a 6 flags or something into hosting a free all day pass for scion owners? It would get them news coverage like made if a good turn out showed up... Or even if entry was half priced, that would be nice.

That seems like a good idea. From that place, we could then have a rally to some where LOL. Is the Pikes Peak Hill climb open to the general public during parts of the year? That would be interesting to see who could have the fastest time up the hill Have it branched into classes, that way its not just a tC vs xB vs xA. It would be all the xB's facing each other etc..

The main thing to figure out is, where the hell are we going to meet in the first place?Needs to be a place with a good size parking lot. I figure even if 10 scion owners from each state show up, that would make 480 scions. So we need a good size place for this car show. Any dealers think they could find such a place?

Hey, I just got done reading this post. I saw that someone mentioned Las Vegas, which is my hometown. Vegas would be a really great place to meet because it's an international area where 5200 people move to a day and more than 100s of thousands visit a week.

If you're looking to visit a place to show scions off, I believe Vegas is a good place. Also, if you need a big enough place to meet, there are a few places. The Las Vegas Convention Center which is huge, that’s where Comdex is held every year, as you know Comdex used to bring in crowds of 150,000 so I’m sure they have room. website:http://www.lvcva.com/lvcva/about_us.html

There are also other places such as the Sands Expo, which is an indoor center. There are also a couple of other places including Belz Outlet mall with a huge parking lot and it's around a suburban area that populated with a bunch of people who'd go to an open event. I also know many people who work at the hotels that could possibly get us discounts on rooms and my cousin owns little darlings strip club, so we can go there for free. OH YAAAA! The only other place I can think of is Colorado just because it's beautiful there, or Ohio for the cedar point roller coasters...

I've never been to any Midwest areas, never heard anything excited there to do, so I'm not sure about that. Just throwing out ideas... I heard Wisconsin is pretty non existent with a lot of open road, we could go there and just drive like crazy.. I got insurance. But yeah, Vegas is probably the only place I can think of where we could do a lot. They have many new attractions that opened up on the strip, Vegas is always up to do something new/exciting to draw in people to an area, and there’s also a very popular spot and its pretty new called green valley ranch resort, if you're familiar its sort of like the shopping area down in Santana Row, and they have a big parking lot as well. Plus, I know the city very well and know the places to goto for fun.. other than that, i dont have any other ideas for now. If anyone wants to think of more ideas, lets all meet up, im in san fran side of the bay. Later

Now that would be interesting. The area would be big enough to house something like this. If we get enough ppl who say they like this idea, it would be great if you could set some things up. I know its out of the way for some, but look at it this way ppl. This just might be a once in a life time thing, being able to meet a large group of scion owners like this.

I want to go to either las vegas or MOA.....So who's up for this....

I dont really care about publications, but we need to get this moving.

Like plan this for next summer or right after my school year ends so i can leave right after college before my intern starts.

I am down, and we just need to get the regional leaders to get it together and notify right?

That is true. We could have a possibly bigger turn out if we could get some sponsores in on this. With raising gas costs, I dont see a big road trip going to happen any time soon. So if it was at least next year, then ppl would have time to save money + plan for it. Now the only problem I have.... I might be in the sand box when this thing goes down

1 problem, thats like @ the end of the month & not every one can make a trip & have the money for it that fast. Something that could happen next year, would be much better. Give everyone a chance to make plans for it. As it stands ATL, is only like 358 miles from me, so that would not be a super big road trip. If I get my scion & depending on the days, I might still try to roll up to meet some ppl. Only problem, It seems like not all scion owners like me

Amarillo is sort of in the center of the country, cause texas is f'in huge. It's also the old route 66. Not to mention the fact that my local dealer Street Toyota has been wanting to put on a huge scion get together, but they are holding off until they can get tons of cars (i'm kinda the un-offical scion-guy cause i'm one of only two people who tune scions in this town)(lots of rednecks with mustangs and camaros). Its just an idea i wanted to throw out there.

old route 66. Hey maybe if we do this next year we will meet the "thefatmanwalking.com" on route 66 on his return trip. Lol. Texas is of course filled with red necks. Be afraid if they still fly the confederate flag. Be very afraid especially if your a "brotha". Hehe. Im soo tired for some reason. Damm Dole juice.
