Shifting with tc

Shifting with tc

I have a auto transmission. I like it, but I like shifting from D to 3 a lot to accelarate faster and 3 to D to engine brake. Is this a bad habit?

Nope. Switching between the two is fine, it's the equivalent pushing the overdrive button on any other car. The manual pretty much gives tacit approval of such shifting as well.
