Seems like everyone with a 18X9.5 et35 wheel is running a 225/40/18 which is pretty stretched IMO and not really to my liking unless absolutely necessary.

The TRD drop is pretty mild but fairly stiff. Can someone help me determine what size (width) tire I can put on this size wheel and not risk mangling the fenders. I have no problem with rolling fenders I just have no desire to pull. I think I may have seen someone running a 265 or 275 but I'm not sure, so many posts to look at.

Sorry if this is a noob question. Just looking for some reassurance here before spending the money.
Actually 225s on an 18x9.5 wheel is a minor stretch from what I've seen. A lot of people run 215s on an 18x9.5 wheel and that has a MAJOR stretch.

Yeah they suck!! Muteki extended lugs and gorilla spline lug nuts do not fit, however McGard Spline Drive lugs work. Its hard to buy a set of lugs without trying them out first!

"Only fits with 5x114.3mm holes on Drag Wheels 5x100/114.3mm dual drilled wheels."

and the heads on these and the ones you posted look the same!

Now I'm thinking about the XXR 527's either 18X8.75 et 35 with 225/40/18 or 18X9.75 et35 with 235/35/18. These setups should be nearly no stretch but will either of these give me problems on a TRD Spring/Shock/Strut drop?

I'm buying some Miro STP1 in 18x10 et 25 for all 4 corners. Will I be okay with just getting the fenders rolled, or will I need to get them pulled as well? I am dropped on KSport coilovers. Also what is the best tire size to run on them to reduce the amount of rubbing? I was thinking 225/35/18.

so i bought a set of Work Equips, and the sizing seems weird to me.... they are 18x8.5 + 32 for the front and 18x10 +38 for the rear, and they are 5x114.3 does that sound right?

i'll be running a 20mm spacer all around do you guys think i'll rub?

the car is lowered on form and function coil overs with about 1.5-2 inches of ground clearance with oem front lip.... am i too low for the wheels? am i going to have to stretch tires? i heard that was unsafe what about omgz cambers should i buy those? and what if i need moar low? can i do that

Finally got the money to change the shoes on my tc. I'm looking at running Nexen N7000 215/40/17's on a 9.75 xxr 527. Is this going to be a decent stretch?

The lip of thd rim will stick out pretty crazy, I think a 225/40 would be better... Most people run a 225 series on a 10"... Youre only .25 inches away from a 10" wheel width.
