Default Duribility of Updated #35080 Bearing

Hello, Just bought a 2015 Tc and noticed that the input shaft bearing is loud when the clutch is released in neutral. Did some research and seems like this is a very common problem with the bearings on these cars. Not sure how I missed this when doing research before buying the car but here we are replacing the bearing and clutch. Just wondering if anyone has put in the improved/updated Input shaft bearing ending #35080, The one I just got from Toyota has a black seal. Checking If anyone on here has replaced with the same part and knows how long these last in comparison to the old input shaft bearing that is prone to failure. I know a lot of peoples solution to this problem is the Frankenstein mod and other mods to allow oil to get to the bearing but I'm not sure if I can ask a shop to do that. How does everyone deal with this problem because is it really worth it to replace every few years since that's just how long the bearings last, or does the updated bearing actually last longer than the old one.
