.....or like painting emblems right? Yeah, I got you man. But here's the thing, even had you got your beloved g35, you would be disappointed to find out that the g35 forums are exactly the same. Heck, they even have a "scion roof mod" where they paint the roof to look like our tc2 glass roof. They all drop their cars and throw on 20x10" wheels, and do all the stuff you're so against. If your taste is against what most people like, than so be it, but don't think that because infiniti is a more "mature" car, that the G scene is so much more into 16x8 wheels. You can hate the tC all you want, but you're getting a reliable car that you can do anything you want with (no matter you're taste) and is easy to work on. In the end, it's probably a good thing you didn't get the g35....cause that would've made you look pretentious anyway.

ahhh, and the supra forums are packed with owners that "go against the trend", aren't concerned with one upping each other, and they especially don't allow themselves to fall into the trap of blowing money on modifications.

off topic but i love supras, I used to see a black '95 cruise around Ft. Riley, KS and to this day it was the most well done car I've ever seen. I don't think it had a K&N intake.

Well i got some sweet 51 pound 18 inch wheel and tire combo worth 4k... ill let them go at whole sell cost for 400.00 they got 10k miles on them. Maybe i can get some 15x7 fake volk te37s and put them in the rear of this car and have that staggered inverted wheel look with the 16s in the front.

LOL did you just try to take a shot at the LFA? The LFA is sex on wheels. I'd give my left arm for one.

But people have this debate all the time. They buy the TC expecting it to be a super car. It's an ECONOMY car that is sporty, has a little power out of the box, and has endless customization possibilities. I get 30 MPG and a decent amount of power and an attractive car. If I wanted to buy a super fast car with crap gas mileage, this would not be the car that I would buy. But most of the people on this forum are mature, and care about more than just going fast in a straight line. They need to be economically smart as well.

Now on to the fact of you trolling the heck out of this page. I understand your elitest hate for the TC and everything that is not an infiniti. But we purchased the TC for a reason, and we enjoy working on it and sharing our interest with mature people who are interested. You're 41 years old and you're obsessive over racing your friend in his infiniti and you spend your days trolling Scion forums. That concerns me.

Look if k an n ran the tubing down to the plastic near the front of the ds wheel and canned it slightly foward, with their open air filter, would be the best w/o removing lights. With the plastic open at the bottom is the best w/o altering any cosmetics. I ran it near the dirt for years in an mk1 mr2 with no rod knock issues. This set up gets no real outside air.

My only question is which motor do you think would be better for my skyline, tommy? A Gallow 12 or a Gallow 24?

Stop trolling. No body cares that you hate Tcs.. Mods, please lock this thread if we can't seriously get back on track.
