You'll need a resistor to be wired in-line at each flasher, or you can replace your flasher relay.
I just ordered a CF-19 flasher relay. It replaces the OEM flasher located in the fuse panel under the driver's side dash. The new flasher relay works with incandescent and LED bulbs (or any combination of the two) and maintains stock flashing speed and lock/unlock flashes. Read about it here:

Ordered LEDs for interior lights and license plate. Shortly after clicking the purchase button, I thought about looking up how bright the stock bulbs are. Yeah... From what I could find, OEM bulbs each put out about 35 lumens. LEDs I bought are each supposed to put out 100-120 lumens.
Oops.

Yeahhh buddy. Which ones did you order?
I ordered these for the plates and they kill it. Perfect for that application since all of the LEDs face directly down.

Edit with crappy cell phone shots...the second is an effort to show how much they light up the ground.
Those are the 7443 LED tails as well.

I know, right? Depending on just how bright they are, I may have to switch it up and go with something a bit dimmer...
Anyway, I bought them all from 3BSpec.com

and as far as the mirrors go. is not as easy as just replacing a bulb. much more complicating. so if anyone can find one with a white light. let me know!!!!

Resisting the urge to point you to your owners manual...
Pop off the cover from behind each tail light with a flat head screwdriver to expose the backs of the lights. Then twist and pop out.
