Hey guys, For those of you who have an injen intake or know about the injen intake, do you guys know if there is a matte black color besides the polish and the gloss black one? thanks in advance!

 

They do not. but Descendant makes one in a matte black finish and it looks real good in the engine bay

 

really?... cause i bought one locally from someone yesterday and its matte black, not gloss black and the box says black.. and i kinda thought its gloss too.. and i asked if he got it like this color and he said yea..

i dont know if they are just painted that color or something i should be worried about.. i havent put it on my car yet. ;[

 

and that over the filter is a hydroshield. just in case it looks weird in picture..

 

as long as there isnt loos paint in the pipes, you should be fine.

 

I've only seen it in gloss but the matte looks way better. But never seen it advertised or anything..

 

well im not as worried about the color.. im more worried that it might be a fake injen intake (genuine wise).

 

It looks identical to my friends intake even tho his is polished. Yours looks legit
