Yeah we are all (especially Brian and me) looking forward to seeing the final product. We both want that front lip. Even though I had to cancel my order back in Jan/Feb.

Cool deal, well the bumper as well as the lip comes prepainted from the factory PW, so it should match up good.

 

parts are on their way to kinwaymotorsports as we speak, and i must say, his prices were 15% cheaper than what i was quoted from myautofashion.com.

 

How much ? Not to be nosey but I even though I cancelled my order of the front lip I am still considering "going for it" later.

I just need to know what to save up for.

 

by the time everything is shipped, it should be just shy of 1300.00, which includes all parts to do the front end conversion and add the lip.

 

Still allot but in the end it might be worth it. Unfortunately I would also be paying another $400 for paint

Will the front bumper be more like the 04-05 or is it completely unique?

 

it looks very similiar to the 04-05 just doesn't protrude quite as far. the bumper comes pre-painted to match any factory color, but if you have a custom color i suppose you're just SOL. I ordered the jdm tail lights as well, and wheels are going to be something no one else on the board has.

 

Well JDM does not come in Salsa Red Pearl. Period so

Wheels? hmmmm now I am very curious! I got my wheels for the same reason.

 

i'm pretty sure if you give me your paint code, found inside your driver's side door in the jamb, i could check to see if it is available.

 

3Q3 is the Salsa Red color code. Trust me I had this front lip on order for over 8 weeks. I could not get it in my color.

IF you can than I might save again and re-consider.

 

The more I look at this lip the more I want to see it modded to an 06 Bumper

 

molding would be hell; I am certain it would require cutting the lip to allow it to wrap around to the appropriate lengths around the sides. I am still waiting on the rest of the front end conversion parts to arrive, but expect them in shortly.

Seen another 05 lip molded to the 06 bumper and it looks awesome. But I am jsut daydreaming anyhow

This looks superb I think on the 06 bumper even though it's made for an 05/under but modded for the 06. Not too pricey either.

 

Well, I just got the email everyone has been waiting for, my parts to complete my JDM front end conversion have arrived at Ken's shop in Hong Kong. I am still waiting on a set of JDM tail lights to come in before everything is shipped stateside, because shipping two separate packages will be more costly, and my container will be quite large as it is. I can assure you once I recieve everything I'll be installing it right away.

 

Oh, and I ordered some wheels too. Infini should know what kind...
