it doesnt sound like its clicking its more chatter

It sounds like you need a new clutch! The chattering is coming from the springs in the hub of the clutch disc. Also explains why its smooth only when you double clutch.

should i go an oem clutch kit or just go stage since im boosting the car
was thinking of f1 racing clutch kit or you guys have any option

btw
when i full throttle my car from 1st to 2nd at 7krpm its fine
but when i go from 2nd to 3rd at at least 6krpm its like it gets stuck/gargle
its saddening

also try shifting slower. it could be your clutch or synchros. my guess would be clutch but ive been wrong before. you can also change the fluid and when you drain it catch the fluid in a clear jug, let it set for a day or two and see if theres brass settling at the bottom of the jug.
