Default Timing Job Gone Wrong

Hey everyone, having trouble with this one. Got the timing chain replaced, full job (chain, tensioner, guides, and water pump). I'm getting a good seal, no leaks, and it WANTS to start, but it just won't grab. I'm showing 159 revolutions per minute with my ODBII tool. This is the big mystery, I cannot find for the life of me the hose that goes from the coolant reservoir (you know, the plastic cap to the right of the radiator, black in color, with a nipple hanging off). It's shooting out coolant when I go to start it and I'm not even sure if that's why it's not starting. But, where does that hose go to? Is there even a hose? Do I have some connections on backwards somewhere? WTF? Is this even real?

Cam shaft position sensor is reading 7 ohms. I'm guessing this is the culprit. The Crankshaft position sensor us reading 1339, so thats good. I'll update tomorrow.

Alright, just picked up another one from O'Reilly's and its not the camshaft position sensor, it's actually a camshaft timing oil control valve assembly. Still reading 7 ohms. Not sure if this is the proper way to test this one, can anyone help on this?

i believe the hose should route to the right down the coolant reservoir to the bottom of the tank theres a nipple.
