LOL, people that want to keep there set up.. and not pay lots of Fix it tickets and emissions test bribes. Unless it's not much of an increase in sound than the cops will not get curious, well too much. I am already not legal

Just Turbo the xA. Believe it or not, make the car a little quieter depending on what exhaust you have on currently

heh, no thanks. SC maybe..and back to 15's. I would like to not replace my engine by 40k

But I think this upgrade would be cool, but I think it will be VERY loud and attract attention in So Cal

"Dose anybody now how much boost the stock manifold will hold up to." That's a good question..... it was NOT designed for any boost, much too thin IMHO. Then there are the "O" ring seal-gaskets.... 6-7psi, maybe??? Given the interferene & air volume...

I'm all ready pushing 13 psi through mine .. I had the boost on the xB up to 15psi but it went lean because of the stock fuel pump. Just so ya know 13 psi is max on the stock fuel system . The pump cant keep up much more then 13psi of boost. I know the tC manifold will hold 20psi so we will see what happens to the xB.

ScionCREW, the TC manifold is composition like the XB? I'm suprised that the OE XB intake can take 15psi, no suprise that the fuel pump runs out of snot at 13psi, also, the injector will be a little light. Good info,15psi, who knew?
Thanks much,
Steve

Does the XB cyl head benefit from port/polishing? Just wondering how this TB with a "matched" stock intake would perform if the head was massaged. Seeking moderate naturally aspirated gains.
