Your 1NE-FE is now godlike...it is awesome! I'd love to see the thing on the track!

If I ever destroy my stock motor, I'll definitely look forward to a 1NZ-FE short block since I've been reading that Ptuning has plans to make one...

Glad there is more to come!

I do have a relatively serious question though..would Ptuning aid in the building of an NA head/block?

Prius pistons, shaving, P&P, honing if applicable.., etc...

I have good reasons to believe I will have this done by the end of summer and Manassas is relatively local. If not end of summer, soon after.

Otherwise i find F/I builds exciting to say the least lol, way to go.

I'm sorry, but maybe I'm uninformed. whythe heck would you use pistons from a prius for a motor build?

Higher compression! better for NA

Since no company offers higher compression pistons us 1NZ-FE owners are lucky enough to be able to just get the prius pistons and get higher compression. Since these engines wont produce that much NA anyways the parts do not need to be forged

We can do that, if you are serious when the time comes we can contact CP pistons to make you a custom set of pistons maybe 12.5 to 1 compression. We did the same with a tC customer.

New turbo set-up...

EL tublular stainless manifold made in house @ Ptuning
38mm Tial wastegate
Turbonetics T3/4 .50ar .63 exhaust housing (rated @430 hp)
3" downpipe (yes it is a tight squeeze) all V-band

230whp

tuned ended because my 625cc injectors maxed out with stock fuel system. Next step is return line and Haltec sprint 500, possibly upgraded head studs then I can make enough power to break my car in half.

What is really crazy is that we put this kit together in a week lol. Thanks a bunch to Mr.C and Toan for staying until like 4am one night/morning to weld the manifold.

This weekend upcoming should be awesome as this should turn some heads at the time attack.

Thanks man . This set-up makes so much power on top, It is insane. Raising the rev limit to 7000rpm (over 6400 stock) is somthing else I am going to do when I get the Haltec. Just doing that alone should net another 15whp or so at the same boost.

Another thing I have to get used to, is the powerband. It is way different then the Greddy kit.
