Default * Help With Shift Boot Dilemna !! *

Hey everyone i need help...i installed my TWM short shifter, and its great, but as everyone knows theres alot of extra material on the shift boot, i took it out, tryed to adjust it but its not working...whats the best way to fix it and also would buying a so called - short shift boot from MOMO be shorter and look better ??

This is what i was looking at....

Ive seen other people shorten the boot by taking off the ring clamp, but it looks bootleg and scrunched at the top, im sure everyone knows what i mean....should i order this order this shift boot or is it gonna be the same problem ??? thanks guys[/img]

I have an XB but I had a similar problem when I put my short shifter in. I took the boot out and sewed the hole smaller.

Before with TRD ****.
