OK so I havent heard of anyone doing this and i dont know why. Everyone is having trouble locating where to put the remote wire for the amp.... well i went to radio shack and bought a toggle switch and installed it in the center console above the lighter where there are 3 boxes that can be replaced by switches , or more commonly the scion security indicator. Well i put it in there and then wired it directly to the battery with a inline fuse just to be safe and wired the remote to that... now when im driving and i want bass i can flip the switch and boom... here comes the bass... then when my wife drives the car and she dislikes bass... flip the switch and bass be gone. This works quite well... has anyone else besides me done this????

 

too late ive done this.......i wired it off the fuse box so its not left on by accident while the car is off
