From what I remember back in high school (mid 90s) AudioControl was good chit. Is it still quality gear?


This thing would be ideal for building a system while keeping the factory h/u.

 

For sound processing all I use is audio control their equipment is top of the line and I will put money that you'll not find better on the market

the setup i use is a EQS with a 6XS

 

Ditto...i used to have the audiocontrol EQL and it was badass. it makes such a difference in the sound of the system. I don't know if the above unit would do much, but i'm sure it would help some

i used to roll a nakamitichi (i know i buthcered the spelling on that one) and way back in the day i had the 1/2 x 1/2 size DIN mount Kenwood and way befor that i used to run a Rockwood 7 swap meet Powered EQ (100x4 watts ssuuuuuurrrreeee) but hey i was 16 then .... but i tend to find that most of your mordern decks have a pretty decent preamp/EQ already built in i know my sony has customizeable 7 way eq and a bunch of presets eq's also...(Xplod, classic.. jazz..... house... Etc)

 

Can't get better. Line drivers, front/rear/sub x-overs (24dB), EQ, sub-level control.
