that looks awesome. Any more pictures?? And how is the video quality on the 9410 ? I heard it was decent, but not great.

In dash dvd, video in the front seats is not dumb and it is not illegal. It is not a waste of money and it is not played out. I never watch something when I am driving. I only watch something if I am kicking it with friends or bored. I spent every day of the past 2 years enjoying my in dash screen. I like the way it looks. It gives me more control over my music, my EQ settings, and it has a built in nav so I don't have to worry about getting lost. In high school, I spent at least 1 hour per day skipping class, going down to the parking lot with my buddies and playing PS2 in my car.
um in most states any screen within the drivers view IS illegal.

haha No offense but everything you said was retarded. Personaly I have 3 monitors in my car. 1 up front 2 in back. My reason is simple. Because I like to entertain my friends. My friends always want to take my car cause I have monitors to watch movies. To play games. They rather do that then stare out a window at tree's on 3 hour trips. I don't see how that is a waste. Maybe if you don't have passengers and don't travel it would be considered a waste. Nothing though is a waste if it satisfys the reason you purchased it for. If someone purchases a DVD player thinking it makes them cool and they feel cool afterwards then it wasn't a waste to them because it satisfied them.

Saying that having a in dash dvd doesn't make you cool can be said for just about any mod on a car. Does having JL audio make you cool? Does having aftermarket rims make you cool. Does having a new headunit make you cool. Does having a loud exhaust make you cool.

I guess only cool people have stock cars.

Im sorry I just found your post pretty funny and retarded. It seems to me like you didn't think about what you were saying thoroughly.
well that's nice that your friends need video. i dont drive my buddies around and when i do if they complain about being bored they can get the hell out and walk. and I myself have over 20k in only 9 months yet never wanted or needed video. I drive to go somewhere or to drive out anger/sadness not so that i can watch a movie or play ps2.

If anyone thinks any mod makes them cool they're wrong. Especially with car video it is like the new "it" thing and it's dumb.

I'm no where near cool and my car is no where near stock.

you can think my post is funny and retarded all you like. just wait till your illegally placed screen causes an accident or gets you a ticket.

I too have been considering an in dash dvd w/ monitor but cannot afford anything over 1,000.... i AM GOING TO BUY the Jensen vm9510 because of three things.

1. THE RESOLUTION IS AWESOME.. 1.x mega pixels.. other, more expensive companies don't even have mega pixel screens.

2. it has a tv tuner (the vm9410 does not, and crappier screen)

3. Price. Just what i want. Dvd, in dash, 7" monitor, tv tuner, all for 600-700 bucks. You CANNOT GO WRONG WITH THIS...

As for the quality. I know a dozen people who have it and none have had any problems and all love it. That doesn't mean you can't get a bad one (same goes for kenwood, pioneer, eclipse...yadda yadda)

My tw0 cents aight?!

Thank you for the kind words Raven.

My price for the VM9410 will remain at $500. And as always, only $2.95 shipping.

A screen within drivers view is not illegal. Watching a movie or playi ng a game while you DRIVE is illegal. What about all those luxury cars that come stock with navigation? And show the tracks on your CD's, and show your climate control.

That's the same boat im in, i refuse to throw $1000+ in an indash, and why should you when you get the same, if not more features for half that??

that's what i meant cuz 90% of folks with screens up front will drive with video playing. and nav systems should be illegal but since theyre oem it's virtually impossible to ticket.

I think you miss read. I don't watch the movies or play PS2 my friends do. So your telling me if you got in someones car that had PS2 or TV screens you wouldn't watch and rather stare out a window. Maybe if you don't like movies or videos games I guess you might like this. But my friends enjoy video games. They enjoy movies. I like the fact they like driving with me and that I can entertain them at thte same time.

Your statements are flawed. If having TVs doesn't make you cool then the opposite would be assumed according to your statements.

My screens are not illegal and they won't cause an accident because Im not watch Forrest Gump as I travel down the highway. My friends are. TVs are distractions just as cell phones are, radios, cd players, etc.

To each there own.

Sorry I helped fuel the off-topic-ness (is that a word lol)

Anyway back on topic Jallamas what are you trying to do now with your monitor. Are we talking your monitor in your receiver or a seperate monitor?

So you have your in-dash monitor and your going to have a seperate monitor for your passenger? How many outputs do you have on your headunit?
