I know some like what I say and some don't.

Seriously if you want a toyota wheel buy one. it won't hook up to the factory wiring but you might be able to figure somethin out.

If you want to have a custom design, invent your own and go for it.

Really, you can do what ever you want it just takes the balles to be the first to try it. if it works, your a king. if it don't your a joke.

Sorry just tryin to be real with y'all

Yes definitely it is. But who would want to take it apart? Not me I would not want to mess up the system. But it's a very curious question now isn't it.
yeah the airbag could possibly be removed from the cover but I believe they are kinda bonded or glued to one another.

if you get an airbag from a bB it will bolt right up and airbag will work.

another friend of mine has one from a corolla

from what I have read it does not work, it fits ok but the airbag is non-funtional. Connections are not right with the JDM one. I hope it's wrong though.

If I get my hands on the right cover I have no problem changing out the cover if that's what it takes. These things are not just gonna go off for no reason. Look at how much abuse they take when they are in service.
I've got one plan now for just covering up the emblem with a Toyota one. If that doesn't look right I'll be on to the next idea. Can't do anything tho till my various ebay emblems arrive and the holiday isn't helping them get here any sooner.

Compare? Same exact wheel I think maybe RAV4 is darker black? Also the Scion one seems to have a slight sharper edge aorund the top and the RAV4 is more smooth and circular.

OK, finally got my Toyota emblems today and got them installed on the bag. I made a removable cover over the Scion logo so this can be reversed if I want. The new emblem is just the right size to fit over the cover I made and it looks seamless. Here are the 2 pics. What da ya think?

That would be the best way to go but I can't afford that. This mod cost me all of 15 bucks and an hour of labor. Plus it would take less than 1 minute to reverse back.
