yeah, I have 8" subs that ask for a ported box and it's supposed to be 1.25 CF. That just plain don't fit. Well, it COULd but then there's the sub driving into the floor (with no space). WTH. I thought 1.25 sounded like a lot. I think my old 12" kickers were only 1cf in a sealed box.

Yup, the vented box's are bigger than sealed. And these sub def like ported.

For sale, two 8" subs!

i think subs generally require more space when ported. don't know why. and yeah, 1.25cf per 8" sub sounds like a whole lot. they would never fit under one of the front seats.

Ok guys I got the measurements and it is .44 cuft exactly. I put a 8" solobaric with alot of polyfill and it sounded great. I have 2 read and I will be making these without any holes cut into it. The section is not glued in so you can remove it and cut it yourself.

I will be selling them for $50 shipped if anyones interested.

I need to see how much the spray cost me so I can go get some and see if the price doesnt affect me to much.

Thast $25 for shipping $20 for material and Ill make $5 off each box. Not much but its worth it to me.

To carpet and pay for glue and blades would cost another $10 per box.

I would definitely have more screws holding that box together.

Not sure of the price, I had a bunch of work done at once. Enclosures, subs, and amp.

PM Chris (autosound). I think he still has a few boxes left, if not, he can cut and make some more. They aren't cheap, and fit under the seat with plenty of foot room.
