I rear-ended a full size ford truck with my xb and got a hole new front end with aftermarket parts. My new projection headlights are aimed very low and it makes it hard to see road signs on country roads. I was just going to put in fog lights but after seeing this post i might just try to adjust them. I never had people shine there brights on me before. anyway thanks.

Which insurance company dealt you the dirty hand on that one?

Well, i dont remember if there was any change of location between my OEM headlights and my a/m....but the one screw adj is located towards ine inside of the headlight by the lower bottom edge closest to the core suppport, and the otehr acrew adj is located towards the upper mounting bracket at the top of the light.

I used Geico and they where grate. They allowed me to use my local body shop. It took two months to get my car done. I looked into getting oem carbon fiber fenders and found out it would take two months on a waiting list to get them. Looking around, it seems everyone acts like they have them in stock but no one does, they are all just middle men. Fed up with that, I went online and found the erebuni M3 carbon fiber fenders. It took two weeks to get them. The day they came to my home, the body shop called and told me my fenders were on my car. Puzzled I went to the body shop to find out that they had ordered the oem style fenders. Irritated I looked at them and found that I liked them better. So now I am trying to get my posts up to 50 so I can post them as selling or trading them. They cost me $445 and the oem stile was at least $200 more. The other stuff I had done to my car was a JP style bumper and the halo projection head lights. I got the hood and bumper painted hot lava. THANKS TO THIS WEB SITE AND PEOPLE I was able to get the color code and have this done. Now around Christmas we had a family gathering and a relative ended up backing up into my car. My bumper flexed and the paint cracked, so now I am going to get my front and rear bumper plus the side skirts painted in hot lava.

I'm lowered, and live in the OC (where people are complete stuck up jerks!) and people will flash their brights at anything (if you don't use your blinker, if you didn't see the green light, anything just to be a jerk...) people here use flashing their brights like New York uses horns! And I have NEVER had a person flash their brights at me, are you lowered? I am, and maybe that is the difference (I only had it at stock ride height for a week after I got the car....I lowered it right away!) So I dunno what's up with you. Also see what kind of cars they are. If they are Acura TL's it seems like their brights are always on (annoying!)...and any kind of SUV or truck that is taller than you, I hate that! So see that and check out the road, and if it is bumpy, because I know that with my boyfriends car (Infinity G35) it always looks like he is flashing his brights at me when I am driving in front of him, but it is just the bumps in the road. I probably did no help at all, but I might as well try, huh?
