because of the breadth of info on this site, it may take a few tries to get your search to return the right results for you. play with different keyword combos, and remember a) the mods try very hard to keep things organized by category, so you can safely limit your search to the right sub-forum, and b) new threads about a previously discussed topic will likely be locked quickly, and a mod doing so will almost always provide the link to the 'definitive' thread on the subject, so locked threads are actually quite useful in a search.

 

I got my new xB in late November of 06. Its shadow mica and I love it. Ive already put 2300 miles on it driving around my hometown and on the long hauls to school. (Texas Tech). Its a great road trip car and it handles great. I cant seem to drive the speed limit in it though, she likes 80 a lot more than she likes 70mph. ;)

 

Ordered mine last week, it gets to port Today and I should have it by Friday. I traded my Mustang and BMW for it, I can't wait!!

 

I just put the down payment and did the paperwork for my first little toaster, which will be ready for me in a week!

It's a RS04 in Maziora/ Torched penny *fell in love with the color*. Coming from owning a couple Fords and a Hyundai, this will definitely be the first car I'll be proud to show off.

It was love at first sight and I'm so excited counting down the days!

 

Just got it this morning Jan 16th, 2007. I got it Polar White with 5Spd. I am so excited it's not even funny!

 

I just got my XB RS 4.0 #270. Finally.... 2 month wait.

I've had my xB since August of 04.
I have to say it is the best car I have ever owned!!!

 

ive had my box since Nov 04...86000 miles later, the best car ive had or seen hands down!!!!

 

I went with a friend to get her first box, and she got denied on the finacing, I was just tagging along and bought a thundercloud for the hell of it. My roomate has a black 06 as well. we wre the first kids on the block to have matching box's on the drivway!

 

i went and got my first box today, it had 12 miles on it.

 

Will have the salsa box on feb 13th can't wait 8 more days. pic

my new rs 4.0

 

I picked up my rs4.0 this past weekend and I am really enjoying it. I got in Auburn WA on Sunday with 4 miles on it and drove it home to Victoria BC Canada and it now has 260 miles. Now I have wait 10-12 days til I get it inspected and insured until I get to drive it again. I can hardly wait. Hard to see it just sitting there in the yard waiting for me.

I got my RS4 in December

 

I brought mine home yesterday. I was on the fence with purchasing an xB until after seeing what was in store for the redesign. I saw that the new version is getting bigger, heavier, and more horsepower. All of that means less fuel economy, and probably a higher base price. That made my mind up to get one of the 1st gen versions before they sold out. I wanted Polar white with a manual transmission, so I hit the dealer websites to find one in stock.

I had planned on getting the factory wheel covers, but the dealer had it sitting on the showroom floor with 17" Enkei's on it, and I loved the look so much that I took it home with them.




I love the forums here, there is some great information for new owners.

My wife drives a Honda Element. I guess we're the box car family.
