i also love how everyone tries to go around me when im in the box.. even if i am exceeding the speed limit.. its like they see it and just think they have to get around me because im in a car that is slow or something.. people are so stupid sometimes..

Actually, at that point, you are the "Defendant," and the charge is "Aggravated assault."

It really depends on the situation - whether you pulled over, or whether you were forced off the road...and if he comes out ready to attack you, or you simply walk over and hit him in the face.

In any case, I would recommend NOT engaging another idiot, because people's brains shut off when they get in the car, and it's an easy way to end up regretting something for the rest of your life. I know it sucks to "let the other guy win," but eventually he's going to pull this **** on someone with a .45 in the glove box, and then he'll get his.

We call that "Car-ma." :p

Anyway, it's always safer to let the idiots ramgage however they want. Check my signature if you want to know why I advocate this.

Just remember this: he has to go through his entire life with everyone knowing he has a tiny *****. See! You win, right there!

I had something similar to that happen to me. Guy tried to run me off the road in my supra with an intrepid, then he got in front of me and kept trying to run me off the road. I would have pitted his butt, if I did not want to scratch my Supra. Peoples are just crazy!

yeah people like that have no business being on the road at all. THATS one of the main reasons everyone else's insurance is higher... because of buttheads like that.
However,,,, here's just a small piece of advice in the future....if you havea moron like that again. DONT flash your lights... just get his/her plate number. I have heard some street gangs do the flashing the lights "game" and they wait for someone to flash them back..then they actually take pop-shots at their car. just a litle fyi.

yea i have heard of that too, but this guy was an older man, maybe like 40 years old or something, so i wasnt too worried about him being in a gang haha.

but if i could go back and do it again.. i wouldnt have flashed my lights at him, because of my actions.. it put me and my fiance in danger, and people are very unpredictable, it wasnt worth it.

He can only win if I decide to play his game. If I play my game of "kook avoidance" I'll win virtually every time.

Note that I say "virtually" because of the incident I previously mentioned when I didn't stay far enough away from the kooks. Live and learn...

and so in the midst of road rage... his vehicle collides with yours. you guys both pull over. he gets out yelling at you and approaches you like he is going to hit you.

are you going to pull your gun and shoot him?

let's say you do... he gets out and comes at you quickly in a "threatening manner"... you blast him. 2 to the chest, 1 to the head. he's dead. what happens then?

are the police going to give you a high 5/nice job or something and send you on your way?

I don't know what it is (I have many 'it's just too small' theories) but guys in suburbans (or any other large SUV) just can't stand to be behind me or let me pass them. They will be in the right lane doing 60, I go in the left at like 65, just driving and next thing I know they are gunning it to either not let me pass or if I have passed they get in the left lane and then whip past me at like 85 and then slow back down in the other lane or pull back in front of me.

I have had this happen literally 20 times.
One guy even tried to follow me because after he did that I got in the left lane because he was driving stupid and he got caught behind slower traffic and ended up behind me again-evidently the traffic was my fault. He took the same exit as me and then kept trying to stay right behind me, switching lanes, speeding up to try to get past, finally he got in the left lane to try to get even with me so I hit a hard right into a residential area and took a few side streets and then popped back out on the main road-wackos everywhere...

doesnt this whole thing make you wish that we could keep our Scions of any flavor in the garage...and drive some 1975 gunboat LTD pos ....that has nothing to loose by getting rammed into.... but have it primered jet black with writing on the side saying "grandes are for p*ssies" :D yeah see how many of those dorks mess with ya then :D
