Default nlown gasket?

^Blown lol

the three lights have been coming on (check engine, VSC, trac) and has been giving me code P0300 cylinder 3 misfire. Changed plugs with NGK irridium, swapped coils and still cylinder three. The overheal light comes on time to time and is using anti-freeze up.

All signs point to head gasket or something. My car has 31k miles? Any other possibilities?

oh and compression test is on the way

do the comp. test. luckily headgaskets arent too hard to replace as long as you have a shop check to make sure you didnt warp the head and what-not.

did compression test and everything is normal. i have an 05 xb. I did find a leak at the oil control valve. I dont know why that would give cylinder 3 misfire code though.

compression test were all right around 180. Did a block leak test and everything was fine. It's burning up anti-freeze as well. Any other tests I should run?

I have read other places it might be a bad radiator cap? But again idk about the cylinder 3 misfire
