Good stuff there BUT since you have an adjuster coming tomorrow, if you have not called your insurance, do not do so. I was in an accident which was 100% the other drivers' fault. I called my ins to let them know. They never had anyone come out or anything, and it never cost them or myself a dime, but now there is a magical claim on my ins, which costs me more money.

I tell you.. well in the state of Georgia.it is illegal for an insurance company to raise your premium due to an accident that was cause by another person... yeah.. don't worry about calling your insurance unless you want to go through them to pay for it because the other insurance company is taking too long.. if you do this your premium will go up, but you can sue for that... I would recommend.. like I recommended before is to get a lawyer depending on what their adjusters states... most likely they will offer you nothing.. trust me.. i've been there and done that.. but mine included me being in the car... the insurance company offered me 1800 dollars for medical bills and pain and suffering.. I got a lawyer and got 10000 and got my med bills paid for.. a lawyer can work wonders.. considering my bills came to be 7000 dollars..

As long as you had gap insurance i think you would be fine. I totaled my first car earlier this year falling asleep at the wheel, but since I got gap insurance, I ended up not paying a dime of what I owed. The car is definately totalled unless someone has no life and tries to fix it.

 

ya know now that i think about it, it would be really interesting to tear into that car and see exactly what was toasted...
